Foster Homes

Ok, well, I got in a lot of trouble the other day and I might me going to a foster home. So I was wondering how they are. What are the plus side of things and the bad things about them? So are they scary, are they really bad, am I going to hate it so much, is it better than it was in your house, would you rather be in a foster home than in your own house?
I don’t really like where I’m living now. But I don’t know if a foster home would be better. So if your have an opinion on a foster home please help me because I need all the help I can get?

Foster homes are not that bad, some are freaking awesome and some are really lame. The plus sides are you get clothing money every month, but for the first time you are in a foster home you get 160 dollars plus the clothing money for that month, the bad things about it is the 2 week restriction you get when you first get there, so you can get to know th foster family and a little bit less freedom. Some are scary, some are not, no they are not really bad, some are really fun, you might, you might not it all depends how you look at it as something bad or something good, no it isn't better than my house, I'd rather be at my own house, because I had a lot more freedom than I do now and there is no better comfort than to be with your own family.

My book Review is on Hatchet.
What the book is about is a boy named Brian. What happens is that he was on his way to his dad’s house in a small plane and the plane driver has a heart attack. Then the plane crashes into a lake and Brian was on his own in the middle of no where. What I thought about this book is it’s interesting and he learns a lot about the wild.
I give the book 5 stars.

The book that I am choosing is “The Time Machine”. The movie is about a guy who is an inventor and he builds a time machine so he can undo the past. He wants to save his women from dying, so he could change the part were his women dies. The sad thing is that he couldn’t change the past from happening and he feels really sorry. He decides to go back in time again, but for some reason I think that he passes out on the time machine from probably getting drunk and he goes way back into time and he meets this one woman that he thinks is the right woman for him. that’s all that I could probably tell you, because if you want to see this movie sometime then I don’t want to ruin the movie for you. The authors name that made this movie is H.G. Wells. The reason that I am choosing this book is because I think that it is a pretty good book. Did you know that they also have a movie of this book and it is an awesome movie. At first when me and my dad bought this movie I didn’t think that I would like it all that much, but it turned out to be pretty good. If anyone hasn’t seen this movie before I think that you probably should, because after all you don’t know what you are missing and when you see it you might have a different opinion than I do.

Halo 3
I love this game. It has very tight graphics and awesome weapons. It was released on Tuesday September, 25. Some of the weapons are sniper rifle [it first appeared in Halo], battle rifle [ first appeared in Halo 2], I love this one Spartan laser. There are lots of others. People have talked about it for awhile now ya know. I give it five stars. Smile. It is for Xbox 360 by the way. shadow!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear ARTEC, I’m writing to you about what’s changed at ATREC. There are so many new people. They have changed so much. I love being at ARETEC, because I find it small, fun, and great with helping us. Before I came to ARTEC I never came to school, because everybody at my old school hated me so I never went to school. ARTEC is a great place to be when you hate a lot of people. ARTEC has like 100, to 150 kids total. At a regular junior high, or high school there is like 1,000 kids. Before I came to ARTEC I had straight f’s, now I have straight a’s. People are court ordered to be here, and some kids just come here, because they want to be here. Some people hate ARTEC and some people love being at ARTEC. To me ARTEC is a second home to me. Most of the people here are in foster care. There are very few kids in ARTEC that live with their birth parents. I live with my real mom, but my real dad lives in Alaska with my little sister Alexis. Some other things that have changed at ARTEC are the class schedule. We use to have first am skills, period, second period, third period, lunch, fifth period, sixth period, and then eval. On Wednesdays of the old schedule it went am skills, first period, second period, third period, fourth period, lunch, and then clubs, or team day. Now we have am skills, first period, second period, lunch, third period, firth period, and then eval. On Wednesdays of the new schedule is am skills, first period, second period, third period, fourth period, lunch, and then cubs, or team day. Where ever I look now I see a new face. There are very few kids that have been here a year. I’ve been here for a year and about a month, and a half. The things that are the same as when I started are the uniforms of sweats grey, or white, and shirts that are white, or grey also, the classes, and the some of the teachers. The classes are all the same. The classes we have are art, science, computers, math, history, PE, English, and finance. The teachers have all most all stayed the same are Sandy, Big Mike, Texas Mike, Eilene, Oz, Jim, Ryan, Ann, Tammy and Mike B. The teachers that have changed are David for Liz, and Gary. The advocates haven’t changed. The advocates are Steve, Brian, Josue, Sergio, Kaylin, and Butch. The therapist’s haven’t changed either. The therapist’s are Richard, Debby, Heather, Jenny, Alyssa, and Margie. Well, thanks for reading my Dear ARTEC.

Linkin Park is one of the best hard-rock bands that was ever formed. They formed the band back in 1996 in Agoura Hills, California. Personally, my favorite album of theirs is Hybrid Theory. The band members are: Mike Shinoda, Brad Delson, and Rob Bourdon. They were very close high school buddies, and decided to become Linkin Park.

It’s a Japanese comic book the category it can be found in the drama romance section of the comic books.
It’s about a group of teen adults who are in a band when the bassist drops out before the biggest show of their lives. The lead singer Cree is going home when she hears someone playing the guitar and she stops to listen and she gives the bum a one hundred dollar bill, and she asked him to join the band. Well, that’s all I’m going to tell you, you would have to read the book to find out more of the plot.

I am doing this book review on this book, because I just love this book. It is one of my favorite books to read. It’s a story about a girl named Anne who tries to find out who she really is. So there is this old couple who want to adopt a little boy, but instead they get a girl who ends up being Anne, so they get very disappointed, but learn to love her. Anyways she ends up showing them love and joy in their lives. But there is a lot more in this wonderful book.

My brother Alex is leaving on the 25th, and he’s the treasurer of student council. I don’t think like having a 12yr old take care of our money is a good idea. If Alex leaves this will happen. I think a 12yr old would be less responsible than a 16yr old. I feel like Alex shouldn’t leave til the next election.

What I think about this song is it's awesome, because I am without my mom and this song talks about being without someone. This song makes me feel sad, because I haven’t seen my mom in 3 years. I first heard this song when I was with my first girlfriend. I first heard that this song was by Three Doors Down when I moved to Saratoga Springs in Lehi from a girl down the street from me 15 months ago. This song was my 1st girlfriend’s and my song.

Hello again this is Tyler and I am doing Artec news
and my news article is on the I pod. The first Ipod that ever
came out was about 2 or 3 years ago. It was so freaking ugly
in my opinion. I think ipod has come a really long way ever since they
did came out with the Ipod. When someone comes out with something
that everyone wants then it will make the company rich. I think Apple would have eventually gone out of business, but thanks to the guy that invented the Ipod I think he saved Apple.
